The broth has deep umami flavor and the pork is the best we’ve had in El Paso so far. The truffle ramen is balanced between truffle flavor without overpowering the pork broth. The karaage chicken was perfectly executed and had a light batter but every level was perfectly seasoned. The pork belly bao was my favorite appetizer offering their perfectly seasoned and cooked pork.

Great ramen at a decent price the meat was very tender and the soup was delicious, service was ok atmosphere is pretty clean. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Amazing Ramen Experience at Silverlake Ramen – A Must-Visit Spot! Silverlake Ramen truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, clean, and very welcoming. The ramen was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions. You can really tell that everything is made with care and high-quality ingredients. Each bite was comforting and satisfying. The service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to explain the menu and make recommendations. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy our meal peacefully. Dessert was the perfect way to finish the experience. It was beautifully presented, fresh, and balanced — not too sweet, just right. Overall, Silverlake Ramen offers the full package: great food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere. Whether you’re a ramen lover or visiting for the first time, this spot is definitely worth adding to your food itinerary. I highly recommend it and will absolutely be coming back!

Came here with my daughter after a long day at the UTEP Cheer Camp. I started writing this review even before our food came out because Silverlake never misses. Food, service & the atmosphere is always on point. We started with Fried Gyoza, I didn't even take a picture, it's that good. Followed with my favorite ramen here, The Shoyu on Fire Ramen spice level medium with pork as my protein. They didn't disappoint per usual, 100% recommended!
